All sales are final 30 days from the date of purchase.
— All merchandise returns must be accompanied with an RMA number.
— We do not allow returns of any ink products and or coatings due to possible contamination once the bottle has been opened therefore the 30-day return policy does not apply to inks or coatings.
— Any unopened products are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Opened products are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
— All products including inks, cartridges, papers, coatings and dye sub-blanks are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase.
— Ink cartridges that have been installed into the printer are not returnable however if you feel you have a defective cartridge please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you with tech support and or replacement of the defective cartridge and or any other product that fails to perform according to manufacturer specifications.
— If the product arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
— If you have received a product that is not performing to your expectations then we look forward to your call or email so that we can help you resolve the problem.
— Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, these products. You as the purchaser take full responsibility for the use of the purchased product.
